Nicola has been in administration for OVER 35 years across entertainment, education, travel, construction, beauty and lighting design — including senior support on global entertainment productions.
She built Star Admin Services because the freelancers and creative businesses she works with are brilliant at what they do. The admin around it is a different story.

With 35+ years across administration, PA and executive support, I've worked on global projects, supported senior leadership teams, and handled the behind-the-scenes work that keeps businesses moving.
I relocated from London to the Yorkshire coast over eight years ago and honestly, the change suits me. Calmer surroundings, same sharp focus.
